Recombined dairy products

Recombined dairy products are made from dairy ingredients which are processed to resemble products made from fresh milk supplies. Recombined dairy products provide a nutritional and quality source of dairy products in areas where little or no dairy production is available. In order to make dairy products available for everyone, dairy ingredients can be used to produce sweet condensed milk and UHT milk.

Perfecta offers the following types of dairy ingredients:

Low Heat Skimmed Milk Powder, which can be used for the production of cheese, pasteurized milk and ice cream;

High Heat Heat Stable Skimmed Milk Powder, which can be used for the production of evaporated milk;
